Recently, the Wall Street Journal published an article on Arnold Donald, the new CEO of Carnival. One notable thing we saw in this article was Mr. Donald’s advice to start at the top when it comes to change initiatives. He noted how there is always the desire to start at the bottom or the middle because those at the top don’t know the culture or have the experience, but he noted how important it was to start at the top.
