Harry recently retired from Eli Lilly and Company after 25 years working in the IT area. He went through the Consulting Pairs training in 2001 and was very active in all aspects of the program for 15 years. This included Join Ups with hundreds of people in new reporting relationships at all levels of the organization, as well as dozens of intense Relationship Consultations for people with relationship problems. The result of the Join Ups included faster ramp-up of employees in new roles through understanding unwritten rules and norms as well as shared expectations in both directions. The Relationship Consultations turned large emotional drains between two people into productive working relationships which, in turn, increased productivity in their departments. Prior to Lilly Harry worked as a mental health therapist at Gallahue Mental Health in Indianapolis where he worked with adults with depression and anxiety issues in both individual and group settings. Harry has a B.S. in business from Indiana University as well as a M.S.W. in social work from Indiana University ¬ Indianapolis. In addition, he has 3 years of Gestalt Therapy training. In the IT world he was a Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) and also ITIL Expert for the various processes which are used by IT.
