Marilyn serves as a Consultant for Pope Consulting and specializes in diversity and inclusion initiatives among clinical, academic, and pharmaceutical industry settings. Her passion for helping others develop, teaching, and creating inclusive cultures drives her work in our field.
Marilyn first encountered our programs as a manager at Procter & Gamble, where she became a certified Consulting Pair®. This experience led her to jumpstart effective new reporting relationships within the organization, build more effective teams, and confidently facilitate the resolution of issues when they arose at work.
She draws from her time as a certified Consulting Pair when consulting with our clients.
Marilyn holds a doctorate from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor of science degree in pharmacy from the University of Maryland. She completed a post-doc fellowship at Rutgers University and continued her studies with additional graduate work at the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
