Mary McFarland is a Diversity and Inclusion Leader with comprehensive human resource experience across multiple industries in inclusion, diversity, culture, engagement, change management, employee development, talent management, learning, project management and organizational effectiveness. Mary is an experience qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and DiSC Profile.

Mary has more than 20 years of leadership experience in Human Resources at Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble, Yum! Brands, Inc. (KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell), Fifth Third Bank and GE Aviation. Her roles include organizational effectiveness leader, regional education manager, global talent management leader, and learning technologies manager, vice president of diversity and inclusion, and culture leader.

Mary partners with the community to establish relationships and makes strategic investments in organizations that build inclusion and equality. She is the co-chair of Human Rights Campaign Workforce Equality Committee and Color Ball Sponsorship Committee. She has engaged in the Cincinnati Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Diverse by Design efforts since 2011.
