Mary McFarland is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader with comprehensive human resource experience across multiple industries at Fortune 500 companies, including Procter & Gamble, Yum! Brands, Inc., Fifth Third Bank and GE Aviation. These experiences fueled her passion and skills in the areas of diversity, equity, & inclusion, culture, engagement, change management, employee development, talent management, learning, project management and organizational effectiveness.
Mary partners with organizations and communities to make strategic investments that integrate DEI through bias mitigation and inclusion interventions. She creates safe spaces for employee listening and development. Mary is an experienced qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the DiSC Profile.
Mary’s passion for DEI started in her youth growing up as a person with a disability, which she now publicly speaks and writes about. She is the co-chair of Human Rights Campaign Sponsorship and Workforce Equality Committees.
