Merlin had the great fortune of being raised by two parents, Merlin and Patricia, who were true pioneers in the Diversity space. His parents passionately discussed their different clients and the work that they were doing at the time in front of him and he knew at some point he would continue their legacy. After spending 15 years in corporate America, the timing was right for him to bring his own experiences into the family company to help organizations leverage the power of diversity through the intentional creation of inclusive cultures.
Merlin collaborates with clients to help them build cultures that inspire employees and produce better organizational results through the development of a DEI approach that is uniquely tailored to meet their short- and long-term needs.
