Tiarra Dunn’s career includes experience with public, private, and non-profit organizations across a variety of different industries in the following areas: leadership development, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and strategic HR business partnership initiatives.
Most recently she served as Director of Organization and Talent Development for a well-known Texas restaurant chain. In this role, Tiarra was responsible for driving divisional talent initiatives to support operations with strengthening their leadership pipeline, exposure to diverse talent capability, and improving high-performance that supported current business needs and future growth objectives across geographically diverse markets.
She proudly serves as a thought leader, working with organizations to enhance workplace engagement and retention to deliver on long-term growth objectives. Her scope includes organizational development consulting, leadership development and DEI program facilitation, performance coaching, new leader assimilations, performance management, talent and succession planning, interpersonal assessment, and career development.
Tiarra holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Georgia State University and a Master of Arts in industrial/organizational psychology from Argosy University. She is certified in a variety of psychometric assessments including MBTI, Extended DISC, and Birkman. She supports individuals with leadership and career transitions by using these assessments to heighten their self-awareness.
