Operations Director

As the Operations Director, Brandi is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the company, including coordinating all client work with our consultants and facilitators, as well as supervising administrative support staff, and managing vendor relationships. She develops, updates and manages all internal processes to ensure a smooth-running organization, and leads other internal improvement efforts as needed.
