Mary McFarland is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader with comprehensive human resource experience across multiple industries at Fortune 500 companies, including Procter & Gamble, Yum! Brands, Fifth Third Bank, and GE Aviation. These experiences fueled her passion and skills in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, culture, engagement, change management, talent management and acquisition, project management, organizational effectiveness, employee development, and learning.
Mary is an experienced and Certified leader of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), Psychological S.A.F.E.T.Y., and the DiSC Profile. Mary’s passion for DEI started in her youth growing up as a person with a disability, which she now publicly speaks and writes about. She serves on the GLAD House Board, the American Legacy Theatre Board, and Greater Cincinnati Human Rights Campaign Steering Committee.
