Pam's dynamic 35-plus year career spans the extensive Human Resources profession as well as multiple industries. She started a consulting career after a successful corporate career including the role of Senior Vice President, Chief Diversity & Inclusion officer. Pam’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion consulting and leadership coaching work with Fortune 500 companies draws on her experience in leading strategies and initiatives that garnered several awards and accolades. She’s an executive board member of the Greater Cincinnati Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as well as an investor in a local Cincinnati brewery.
