Donna’s relationship with Pope Consulting began in 2001 when she became a Certified Consulting Pair® at Eli Lilly.  She then was asked to assume the full-time position of managing the Consulting Pairs Process® for the entire I.T. function from 2003-2008.  When Donna retired in 2021, she began working as a consultant with us as an instructional designer, facilitator, and consultant.

Donna has a diverse background that includes military service, including serving as the Army Officer of Finance in the US Army Reserves, as well as various roles in the I.T. function at Eli Lilly during her 24-year career there. In 2007, she was awarded the Chairman’s Ovation award for Diversity.  She also gave a TEDxLilly talk on Diversity entitled, “White Courage.”

Donna brings a BS degree in Science from Griffin College with a Major in Information Technology and a Minor in Accounting.  Donna is also a Certified Life Coach through Newfield Institute.
