
Donna’s journey with Pope Consulting began in 2001 when she became a Certified Consulting Pair® while at Eli Lilly. She later assumed a full-time leadership role managing the Consulting Pairs Process® for the entire IT function from 2003 to 2008. After retiring in 2021, Donna transitioned to working with Pope Consulting as an instructional designer, facilitator, and consultant, bringing a wealth of expertise and a passion for fostering diversity and inclusion.
Donna’s career is marked by a unique blend of experiences, including military service as an Army Finance Officer in the U.S. Army Reserves and a distinguished 24-year tenure at Eli Lilly, where she held various roles within the IT function. In 2007, she received the Chairman’s Ovation Award for Diversity and delivered a TEDxLilly talk titled "White Courage," which highlighted her insights and commitment to advancing diversity.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a minor in Accounting from Griffin College. She is also a Certified Life Coach through the Newfield Institute, further reflecting her dedication to personal and professional growth.
