Kendall is a highly skilled training professional with extensive experience delivering impactful learning programs for leaders and employees around the globe. Known for his exceptional communication skills, Kendall is adept at guiding participants through complex topics with clarity and insight. Since joining Pope Consulting in 1990, he has been a trusted facilitator of instructor-led training, equipping individuals and teams with the tools they need to succeed.

Kendall’s career is marked by a commitment to empowering others through education and leadership. As a former education executive, adjunct professor, and published author, he has dedicated himself to fostering personal and professional growth. His leadership roles include serving as the first African American President of the National Speakers Association–Ohio Chapter and Chairperson of the Great Miami Valley YMCA.

A proud veteran, Kendall served four years of active duty in the U.S. Army and continues to inspire others as an Associate Pastor and keynote speaker.
