Andy’s association with Pope began over 18 years ago when he was selected for the
Consulting Pairs Program at Procter & Gamble Company. Since then, he has
consulted with Pope on ways to measure the impact of Consulting Pairs, as well as
some of our other measurement tools.

Andy brings over 23 years of product development expertise with several Fortune
500 companies, including Gibson Guitars, Georgia Pacific, and Procter & Gamble.
Over the years, he has specialized in building teams that create “disruptive harmony”
in ways that challenge individuals, respect diversity, and create just the right tension that is needed for high performing teams to be as innovative and productive as possible.

He has a BS in Chemistry from the University of Idaho, and a Ph.D. in Physical Analytical Chemistry from the
University of Utah. Andy resides in West Chester, Ohio
